Attorney with over 20 years of experience in business, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), infrastructure, estate and succession planning, and corporate dispute resolution.
She has extensive experience in international transactions and is fluent in drafting and negotiating contracts in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Manuela holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law form University Rey Juan Carlos (Spain) and Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, and a Bachelor of Laws from PUC-Rio.

Camila Chouzal
Founding Partner
Attorney with over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts, estate and succession planning, and corporate governance.
She was a partner in the corporate law practice of one of Brazil’s largest law firms for over 12 years and served as a Visiting Lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York.
Camila holds a Master’s degree in European Business Law from the Université Aix-Marseille III (France) and a Bachelor of Laws from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Renata Motta
Associate Attorney
Specialist in corporate and business advisory, with focus on M&A, corporate restructuring, project finance, and estate planning.
Renata has solid experience in drafting complex contracts and providing legal support for clients in the energy, infrastructure and financial sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from PUC-Rio and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Business Law at IBMEC. She also completed an executive program in Corporate Finance at FGV.
